Cognitive Dysfunction

 

Known by lupus patients as 'brain fog'!

Symptoms include confusion, profound fatigue, difficulty in articulating thoughts, memory impairment & difficulty concentrating.

Cognitive dysfunction may come & go on its own, but antimalarial drugs, tricyclic antidepressants or seratonin blockers, or DHEA may help.
